Strength: BIGLUX manufacture the product from the very beginning, the fabrication--cutting sheet to the final polishing. We have highly automotive spraying and coating line for the metal parts because the coating is vital to the quality of the trailer cabinet. The evenness of the coating will effect the trailer anti-rust and worklife.
LED lights: we use Philips LEDs for the reliability and high efficiency. Unlike other suppliers using unknow LEDs which can not sufficiently work 5 years with 30 percent light degradation. And the Led chips we use is 5050 which is higher in light efficiency which can reach to 155lm/W for the light fixture, not the LED chips. And the fixture design is with die-casting aluminum with the heatsink not exposed to the air. Because in harsh environment, the dust may pile up on the heat sink plates, it will affect the heat dissipation and finally shorten the lifespan on the lights.
Mast: we use 6063 anodized aluminum round type for better toughness and lighter in weight. Because the round type can better resist the wind.
The battery: The battery we use can support -35 degree 60 degree temperature which can work in extreme climate places such as desert, or north or south pole.
Warranty: BIGLUX offer 5 year for solar panels, 5 year for LED lights, 3 year for Solar batteries and 1 year for other devices.
